Assistant Manager Human Resources
Key Objectives and Responsibility
  • Recruitment & Onboarding, Partnering with hiring managers, I drive the end-to-end recruitment process by defining needs, sourcing and screening candidates (including walk-in interviews for daily workers), managing external headhunter relationships and contracts, overseeing onboarding and documentation, and monitoring local job market trends to optimize hiring strategies.
  • Compensation & Benefits, administers payroll, PPh21 tax, BPJS contributions, health insurance, and incentive programs, while also overseeing leave, holiday, and benefit policies to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Performance & Career Management, Coordinates performance reviews and probation evaluations, develops career paths, job promotions, and salary grading structures, and supports managers with feedback and performance improvement plans.
  • Training & Development, Identify learning needs, coordinate training sessions, and assess program impact.
  • Employee & Industrial Relations, Acts as a liaison between management and employees/unions, handles conflict mediation, employment contracts, and separation procedures, and maintains workplace harmony and productivity.
  • HRIS Management, Lead HRIS implementation and maintenance, including UAT and training, and ensure data accuracy and reporting capabilities.
  • Compliance & Policy, Ensures HR policies adhere to local labor laws and regulations, manages statutory reporting (including WLKP and manpower reports), and regularly updates company regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • HR Analytics & Reporting, Analyzes headcount, performance metrics, and labor cost efficiency to prepare monthly HR reports and present actionable plans to management.
  • General HR Administration, Manages insurance (property, liability, accident), outsourcing vendors, and asset inventory, oversees office facility use and relocation planning, and handles HR-related documentation including employment letters and contracts.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Supervisor/ HR Assistant Manager with a comprehensive HR role.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, to communicate with Singapore teams.
  • Solid knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and BPJS administration.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, think strategically, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) and HRIS implementation and management.

Finance Executive
Key Objectives and Responsibility
  • Accounts Receivable (AR) Issue tax invoices in the accounting system and submit them to the relevant portal.
    Prepare monthly POS and consolidated ad-hoc sales reports.
  • Enter incoming payment data into the accounting system and reconcile accounts receivable (AR).
  • Process sales refunds upon request.
  • Ensure that POS products align with the accounting Chart of Accounts (COA).
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Process and verify vendor invoices, employee expense claims, and petty cash expense reports in accordance with the approval matrix.
  • Enter data into the system, propose payments, and prepare online banking payments ahead of scheduled payment run dates.
  • Enter outgoing payment data into the accounting system and reconcile accounts payable (AP)
  • Prepare visitors attendance data report.
  • Manage daily and monthly bank cashbooks, ensuring completeness for AP/AR reconciliation.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly account closings in a timely manner.
  • Assist with annual sales audits and financial audits.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments in Singapore to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, to communicate with Singapore teams and stakeholders.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with exposure to Singapore financial practices preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail.

  • Designing graphics for social media, products, and other marketing materials.
  • Support the team in developing visual concepts that follow brand guidelines.
  • Contribute ideas in creative brainstorming sessions for campaigns or events.
  • Assist in designing visual content for social media, digital ads, and promotional materials.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Fresh graduated from a Graphic Design or related program.
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effect, Canva.
  • Visual portfolio showcasing your design style and creativity.
  • Able to work collaboratively, accept feedback, and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Interest in the entertainment, kids, or family recreation industry is a plus.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English is a plus.
  • Willing and able to commit to a 6-months internship.
